dreaming in html

i used to play this magic card video game, if a spell was available the text on the card turned yellow, afterwards i would lie in bed and watch little cards appear on the "screen" of thought, then the click-yellow thing would happen (usually on a red card when it was in the minds eye, that was the most pleasurable contrast) and it would be mildly satisfying when i clicked. like the hypnogogic reverie watcher-angels were doing their job linking up the human intellect and the dream consciousness.

some projects you only get to work on every once in a while. you'll notice that there is a big chunk of language hovering there but you just can't access it, it's on the tip of your tongue, it slips away. but then a few weeks later, click, for a moment it's all back there in full living meaning, all accessible for as long as the current processor time partition allows. pity if the attention is already occupied when the golden opportunity moment happens, enit?

can't let just anybody walk into the room where the dude was last working on that project. might fuck it up. make sure no blindfolded trust-training fool initiates walking in, this is for attackers only. this is the hack root directory room. this is for people who are confident and know what they are doing. all those other attitudes are the perfectly natural byproduct of the growing pains of such a competent organic structure.

of course, on the level of the muscle memory that fundamentally develops and serves as a substrate for the tool-organs that process and image memory. so the visions come along with all the shocks and shivers and if you're not careful epileptic episodes of the shaman as the spirit clears in. i clear out and it comes in. it clears out and i come in. or is it the other way around?
