This section is all about Herbie's license plate. In car races, don't you take off the license plate if it is driven on the street? In the Herbie movies, the license plate seems to come and go in several races. Think about it...wouldn't it be funny if you were driving and you see a license plate on the car that reads "California, OFP-857, Exp. Sept. '71"?
