XKCD Download Tools
This tool will help you download the contents of the site www.xkcd.com and save the images locally,
creaing a single HTML file which displays them all. This tool will also
convert the tool-tip text(which appers when you hover your mouse over the
image) into normal text which will be displayed below the image on the same
page.

Please refer to the file INSTALL.txt for instructions on installing and
running this program. You will require g++ to compile this tool. [It can be
