DUTIES OF OFFICERS:

The President presides at all board meetings and general meetings of the association, appoints committees, appoints special assistants, represents the association at public meetings, is the public voice of the association, and calls all general meetings.

The Vice-President performs all duties of the President in absence of the President, coordinates activities of all committees, performs other executive functions at the request of the President, and schedules facilities for events and meetings.

The Secretary records minutes of the general meetings and executive board meetings, and publicizes meetings and events.   

The Executive Board consists of the President, Vice-President, and Secretary and acts on behalf of the association in absence of a general meeting.
