In the fall of 2003 there were many spruce needles on the path but they weren't a problem. The trail was a little bumpy, but not bad. Repair work has been done since that time but we haven't ridden this part since then. From these rides we thought that the Dennis-Orleans section was prettier than the Wellfleet-Orleans section. The Wellfleet-Orleans section was smoother and the Rt.6 underpasses and overpasses were impressive.
