Recreation Areas Along Bikeway
There are picnic and recreation areas along the bikeway. We stopped at the Bourne Town Scenic Park on Rt. 28 at Academy Rd.which is easy to reach from the bikeway. There were a few stores here to get food for lunch. It is near the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. We rode through the Academy which is worth seeing. The Academy has a training ship which is anchored here unless on a cruise.
