The trail is generally close to the river. Sometimes it is high above giving good views of the rafts. ,A company having white water trips is located close to the south end of the trail.

The trail surface is good but not as good as most PA< Rail Trails. There are a few places with soft surface. Mountain bikes or hybrids are needed. Go to next picture.
