We enjoyed the view of Collinsville from the bridge.
Collinsville is a historic and old industrial part of the town of Canton. One side of the The bridge overlooks old factory buildings. The other side overlooks a mill pond and the Canton Museum with exhibits telling the story of this old industrial area. It would be enjoyable to spend some time walking town around town.
The trail continues a short distance through town the follows roads for about 5 miles. After that it becomes a trail again and joins the Farmington Valley Greenway. We didn't continue past Collinsville.
