| Warm Summer Breeze The warm summer breeze blows gently through his hair he stares out at the seas in silence and aware of his mortality seems reality has shown himalone Watches a couple walk hand and hand across the beach dreams of future he hears them talk knows of oneness theyll striveto reach Together they seem in total bliss love occupies their very being the voyeur in him stares as they kiss envelopes their passion he is seeing old fashioned loves passion without care he watches them therealone In tune to the waves crashing they dance to the oceans song to him shes beautiful to her hes dashing to both each other they belong And nowafter reminiscing in his mind reality snaps him from the past to find the warm summer breeze blowing gently through his hair as he stares out at the seas in silence and aware of his mortality, seems reality, has shown him through past remembrancealone Copyright - 2001 Dennis Hicks |
