Proffessor P.P. Poopypants is an evil man. He plotted to destroy the world in The Perilious Plot of Pf.P.P. Poopypants with his gigantic robotic machine. He was a formidable opponent for Captain Underpants, but just like all of Captain Underpants victims, he fell short.
