How To Install New Fonts

HOW TO INSTALL NEW FONTS

Make a new folder on your computer (desktop easiet to find) and label it NEW FONTS

Download new fonts and save to the NEW FONTS folder. If they are zipped or rared then decompress them.

You can install the fonts one at a time or wait and do all at once.

Go to START/SETTINGS/CONTROL PANEL/FONTS

or

START/MY COMPUTER ... C: Windows :Fonts and open up your Fonts folder (which is where all your fonts are that are already installed).

Now go to FILE (at top left) and in drop down box : INSTALL NEW FONT

A new window should open called ADD FONTS.

On this new window look for the DRIVES drop down box. Find the drive you saved the new FONTS FOLDER on and select it. then use the FOLDERS drop down box and find the NEW FONTS folder and open it. The new fonts you downloaded should appear in the LIST OF FONTS BOX AT THE TOP OF THIS WINDOW.

Now you can click on the SELECT ALL BUTTON or just click on individual font names. Then click OK and they will be installed.

NOTE THE SHORTCUT TO INSTALLING NEW FONTS IS TO JUST FIND THE FONT FOLDER FROM THE FIRST DIRECTIONS AND COPY THE NEW DOWNLOADED FONTS TO THIS FOLDER AND YOU ARE DONE.
