Christmas Decoration WorkshopAt our October meeting we held a workshop to make Christmas decorations. These will be sold and the proceeds donated to the Children's Hospital Westmead (in Sydney). There were 15 members present and we each completed 2 on the day. Some members completed some at home and sent them along to the meeting. Other members took more decorations home to work on.These decorations were made using a two-part plastic sphere. The decorating was done inside, the two parts clicked together, a fancy gold or silver sticker placed around the join and a a ribbon to hang it from.
Matisse-Derivan very kindly donated some bottles of Kindy Glitz to us to add sparkle to our creations. Click here to visit the Matisse website and read about their artist's paints and other products.
