| I'M BACK. BRIEFLY THOUGH, 24-01-02 So much has happened since my last news update that I dont know where to begin. In the time Lance has captured the WWF Intercontinetal title, been a huge part of the Alliance angle that invaded, he has had matches with Kurt Angle and other huge stars and even tagged with Justin Credible on a couple of occasions. He was in the Royal Rumble match up briefly, getting eliminated by Bradshaw, and interfered in the Undisputed title match that evening helping out Chris Jericho. He is in a Canadian stable at the moment with Test, Christian and Jericho and is slowly crawling up the WWF ladder. WRESTLEMANIA 17 UPDATE Lance Storm was indeed in attendance at this years WWF Wrestlemania 17 PPV. He was there in the crowd of 67,925 with a group of WCW wrestlers cheering on his new employee, Shane McMahon. Shane was victorious against his own father Vince in a street fight, all WCW wrestlers were captured on screen celebrating the win. However Lance sat in his chair staring forward stone faced in his trademark way, he was happy inside though (lol) HUGE UPDATE WWFE acquires the WCW brand off ofTurner Broadcasting. This opens the door to huge cross promotional storylines meaning increased TV ratings and huge PPV buy rates. Shane McMahon will be in charge of the WCW division. My main concern is the immediate future of Lance as he is a huge WCW personality. From researching other wrestling news sites it has come to my attention that WWF has purchased his contract along with other fellow stars. These stars include Mike Awesome, Sean O' Haire, Billy Kidman and Elix Skipper (plus others). Finally Lance may get the push he deserves under new guidance and control. It is still not apparent what will happen as contracts have only just been purchased. Keep checking back here or to Lance Storm's officical homepage for any developments. |
