His character is very patriotic towards his home town of Canada, and he is very serious and focused. He rarely ever cracks a smile on camera. Part of his gimmick was to play the Canadian national anthem before a match up. He combines high flying moves with strong technical skills that delivers a unique blend making him one of the most exciting wrestlers in the industry today. His finisher is the maple leaf leg lock, a variation of a one leg boston crab. He broke in to the industry with Chris Jericho, now a WWF performer. He debuted with the WWF as part of the Alliance angle and won the IC title very quickly. He dropped the strap then faded into the Alliance angle which in all honesty failed big style. When the Alliance folded Lance begged for a job with the WWF. He got the job much to Ric Flairs disaproval and quickly got back to wrestling. He is currently a WWF Superstar and has formed an alliance with Christian, Test, and Jericho. It is somewhat of a Canadian mafia, which is a good thing. He made his first WWF Royal Eumble appearance this year and was eliminated by Bradshaw.
