A Cry for Help?

Most of us feel we live in a relatively comfortable society. Public areas designed to be friendly and inviting. But sometimes you find tidbits that hint at the suffering and problems of others lying beneath the happy exterior.
New Westminster Quay, a tourist shopping area with farmer's style market, Cansino and riverboat tours. Supposedly even the world's larget toy soldier, and beside that, "Tugger", a tugboat wheelhouse converted to a play area for children. New Westminster Quay

Vito and Tracy forever?
One looks a little closer and finds an amusing pledge of love between Vito and Tracy.
Some of the instrumentation on the tugboat
Lots of dials, switches and levers for kids to pull. But on the side of one instrument, there is another bit of graphiti.
Tracy's plea to Vito?
We find another message, a plea from a jilted lover, or a desparate cry for help?
I'm a bit of a soft heart, and this left me actually concerned about what has happened to "T" (Tracy?)
