Most of us feel we live in a relatively comfortable society. Public areas designed to be friendly and inviting. But sometimes you find tidbits that hint at the suffering and problems of others lying beneath the happy exterior. |

New Westminster Quay, a tourist shopping area with farmer's style market, Cansino and riverboat tours. Supposedly even the world's larget toy soldier, and beside that, "Tugger", a tugboat wheelhouse converted to a play area for children. |
