Welcome to the Moms & Tots Playgroup of the DFW Northeast Tarrant County! A place for stay at home moms and kids to interact and have fun together!

We hold each outing around the Northeast Tarrant County in Texas.

We are a FREE playgroup that focus�s on moms and children. There is no fees for the group outings unless we attend an event. You choose what you would like to attend. It will then be your responsiblitiy to pay for yourself and your children if there is a charge. We try to keep the outings to a cheaper place so there is not alot of money involved. Examples: 1/2 price Wed. Zoo, McDonalds, petting zoos, train ride, someones house, parks, etc.

Our toddler/baby playgroup meets on Monday's usually from 10:00am to 1:00pm in the Northeast Tarrant County of Texas. We have fun activities weekly: ranging from meeting at one anothers house, parks, crafts, city outings, etc. Our Monday schedule is seasonal but we have various other activites that go on every week. Since there is no membership fee! We just ask that everyone volunteers to help out when needed. We have a groups page on yahoo at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dfw-playgroup for us to chat and list our schedule. Everyone is welcome to add a planned activity to the list for any other days besides Mondays when we have a set schedule. It is the groups responsiblity to make a schedule with events during the other days. For example if someone wants a moms night out please post when, if someone wants to go to the zoo please add it to the schedule. Any input is always welcome.

All ages of children and moms are welcome to join these meetings! The current ages of children range from newborn to 2 years, mom�s ages range from 19 to 31, plus some pregnant now, so both moms and kids vary in ages! This group is not an age based grouping.

We also have Saturday morning volleyball for dads! Dads play volleyball and moms and kiddos play in the park. This is usually held in the mornings at 10:00am till whenever.If interested call or email beforehand.

We where founded over the internet and based on the internet due to no expenses. If you do not have internet access to view our web page at http://www.geocities.com/dfwplaygroup/ you can call at anytime to get the schedule. Everything is consisted over the internet. Please do not post any personal information on the groups page since it is worldwide and anyone can view it.

Some of our events are sponsored and there is NO FEE. That is usually the 3rd Monday at the Rec Center when we have a craft activity. The room is usually sponsored but the craft is not.
