Okay, here I am again. The prodigal returns - after a year long hiatus.
It's been interesting looking at the spate of events in recent times. We have the Malaysia-Singapore water spat, war in Iraq, SARS (whatever that stands for). There's just nothing much to laugh about nowadays is there? Oh, I forgot about the Hollywood films but even that has taken a backseat now with the ominous absence of serious thespians such as Arnold Swar-who-can-spell-his-name and the entire cast of Scream.
On the subject of recent events, let me just say it's refreshing for a change to see an American president who combines astute statesmanship with humanitarianism. Ok, so not all of you are fans of West Wing.
Anyway, back to the point, I'm truly back. Bitchier and whinier than ever; and bringing with me, a new column - Talk of the Town, where I discuss pertinent, worldly issues like deranged, cleaver wielding grannies and overgrown nose hairs.
