SCOTTI'S STASH OF CASH

"I can't afford it" violin theme loses its saintly edge.

This section mainly written by Terb Lahl, with all the bad additions by the editor.

Scotti Leslie has admitted that his excuse for not going to group movie events "I can't afford it", is really a cover for a deeply complex psychological condition that he has simply called "math's addiction" (Pythagoras' Problem Psychosis). After encountering hostile questioning from Brett Hall, who claimed "No one can spend $800 in one session on texts unless they buy the recommended ones also", Scotti Leslie broke down in a fit of tears saying:

"It's true!... I've... I've been spending all the money I've saved from not going to the movies with the group on Linear Algebra and Differential equations texts! I can't help it...ever since year 12 I've been unable to kick the habit! I thought that doing medicine may help me evaluate my own sick mind but- but - but - I can't help it! Complex Integration turns me on!"

"I searched every single porno sight on the net {and he has the e mail messages from porno web site owners to prove it - eds}, but not even the biggest clit this side of town could stop me from rushing to take Statistical Newtonian Differential Calculus out from under my bed each night. I took up smoking for a while which just made things worse. I couldn't help but calculate the eccentricity of my smoke rings."

Proffessor Ian Fells of the Psychology Department stated that Scotti's behaviour was stopping him from partaking in normal social activities: "he thinks to himself when asked to go to the movies: 'That eight dollars can buy me one twentieth of the latest maths book.' With such titles as Calculus of Several Variables and The Linear Algebra Problem Solver, Scotti has found it hard to even begin to socialise. And so dark is this secret longing for the studying of math, that he finds himself lying to people who were once his friends. Now, they are categories of the several variables in his complicated equations."

The addiction is so bad, that Mr Leslie's family has had to purchase, at considerable expense, a piano for the sole purpose of removing his mind away from the mathematical field. However, Scotti Leslie has taken up playing only Bach due to the numerical patterns Bach used in his music. Scotti is apparently close to actually defining the "Discrete Mathematical Applications of the pedal part in Bach's St Anne's Fugue." Furthermore, Mr Leslie has stated that Bach's 44 preludes exhibit remarkable resemblences to analytic geometry.
