Jason Goes to Hell: the Final Friday Synopsis written by DarkSoldier (dfloyd84@yahoo.com) The movie opens with a girl driving to a cabin at Crystal Lake. When she hits the lightswitch, the bulb melts, so she goes to the storage shed to get a new one. Creepy stuff goes on around her to heighten the tension, but nothing happens directly to her, so she starts running a bath and gets naked (Horror Rule #1: If you get naked, you're going to die). Suddenly, the lights go out, so she wraps a towel around herself and goes out to investigate (Horror Rule #2: Investigating strange sounds is suicide), and then, on cue, Jason appears. She starts running, and Jason follows her until they come out into a field. A bunch of floodlights go on, and an FBI team jumps out of hiding and shoots Jason up, eventually blowing him to bits with an explosive, but one part is still pulsing. The bits are collected and taken to the federal morgue in Youngstown, Ohio. The coroner (Phil) makes his report while the credit sequence rolls. The pulsing bit starts up again while he's poking at on the scale. He backs off, looks at it funny, and then grabs it and bites into it. Special FX (red streaks) fly into him while he roars. The assistant coroner brings a pizza, insults Jason's corpse, and Phil takes a probe, throws him onto the table, and impales him. He then kills the two security guards (one of which is played by Kane Hodder, who also plays Jason). The American Case File show comes on and talks about Jason Voorhees, son of Elias Voorhees. The ACF guy (Robert) then talks to bounty hunter Creighton Duke, who talks about Jason's supernatural nature, and says he's the only one who can put Jason down for good, but it'll cost $500K. Some servers at a diner talk about the recent media coverage. Duke is there, talks to one server (Diana), says they both know Jason isn't dead and that he knows who she really is, and then gets arrested by the sheriff (Ed). Diana talks to another patron (Steve) and says she needs to meet with him later. Later, Steve is driving and picks up some hitchhikers (Deborah, Luke, and Alexis) and takes them to Crystal Lake. The three comrades go swimming and run back to their camp, where they start getting naked, which means Jason's gonna show up. Alexis goes to relieve herself, and then Phil (possessed by Jason) kills her (like we weren't expecting it). Deborah goes out for the same, but gets back intact. She and Luke start going at it (Horror Rule #3: You screw, you're screwed), and then Phil-Jason kills them (another duh). Diana leaves at night, alone, where the streets are silent and empty. She goes into a dark alley and feeds some scraps to a dog, then goes back. Phil-Jason watches her from afar. Sherrif's deputy (Josh) scares her, talks with her, and then his g/f drives up. Scene change, and Phil-Jason has him strapped to a table while he sharpens an implement; he's going to, shave him? He does, then he leans in, opens his mouth, and fade to black with a scream. Diana talks to her daughter (Jessica) on the phone while Josh-Jason stalks the street and enters her house. He slams the phone down and grabs her, she looks in a mirror and sees Jason holding her. She smacks him down, but he's not out, and he grabs her. Something comes out his mouth, but Steve shows up to interrupt. Josh-Jason throws him down. He gets back up and goes to Diana, but Josh throws a knife into her back. Jason sees himself in the mirror, and then Steve impales Jason on a poker and he goes out the window. Sheriff shows up, and then Steve's in prison, accused of killing Diana. Scene in the house w/ Jessica, Vicki, and Jessica's infant daughter. I didn't quite get the whole scene. They go to the station where Steve is being held. Creighton Duke is in the cell next to him. He tells Steve he knows how to kill Jason, but he says the price is high, and when Steve agrees to the price, Duke breaks his finger. He tells Steve that Diana's daughter can kill him. He breaks another one and tells him more. Surprised that Steve is this brave, he says the third one is "on the house" and Duke tells him that Diana was Jason's sister. Steve calls for the deupty (Randy), and tells him Duke broke his fingers. While Randy's examining his fingers, Steve slams him against the bars, and takes his gun and forces him to open the door and get in. Jess goes to the diner with the baby, when Joey B (the fat "Ma" type) gets a call that Steve has escaped. She tells Jess to take the baby into the storeroom, and then takes out a gun, but she can't cock it, so she gives it to Pookie to do. Steve is also there and touches his baby. The dishwasher (Joey B's boy) walks in, they stare at each other for a moment, and then he gives Steve the keys to his car, which he takes to the Voorhees place. It's big and old. Steve stumbles around, and eventually finds the Necronomicon (yes, THAT book! It's the same prop used in Evil Dead 2). He goes into a closet, and stays there when he hears Robert show up and start talking on his phone to "Fred," saying that he stole Diana's body and hid it in the house in order to boost the ratings for the show. Josh-Jason bursts in and transfers the demon into him. Josh starts melting, hits the wall, and knocks Diana's body into Steve. Bob-Jason gets up and leaves. Jessica starts taking her clothes off for a shower. Bob-Jason cuts the power to the house (Horror Rule #4: Taking a shower is the slasher's cue to kill the power, and then you). She gets out and starts looking around. She grabs a claw hammer in the garage, then a gun from the glove compartment of her car, and then Bob-Jason grabs her, but Steve knocks him away, grabs Jess and runs. They get into his car, but Bob-Jason punches through the window. Steve runs him over, backs over him for good measure, and drives away. Some distance away, Steve tries to talk to her, to explain that it wasn't Robert anymore, and that she and her baby are in danger, but she slams him on the wheel and pushes him out. She goes back to the station, hysterical. Cop car drives up and a deputy finds Steve on the roadside. It's Randy, the guy he locked up, who slugs him, but Steve attacks him back. They roll in the dirt, and then Randy tells him to get in the car, because "I've got a gun," to which Steve replies, "F*** that, I've got a gun!" Bob-Jason enters the station, and throws a guy over a desk. He doesn't quite transfer the entity when the sheriff shows up, but he kills him with one shot to the face. Steve shows up, shoots Bob several times, the last one in the head, then he grabs Jess and leaves. Three deps go to Bob's body, but then he wakes up. He smashes two heads together and goes after the third. Steve and Jess enter the diner, and Joey B aims her gun at them and tells Pookie to call the station. When there's no answer, Joey B tells her son to go to the station to find out why they aren't answering. Jess grabs the gun, she and Joey B struggle, and a stray shot accidentally hits the fusebox. Jess clubs Joey B with a mug and goes past her to the storeroom. Bob-Jason kills the boy and goes into the diner. He kills Pookie and Joey B. The other girl (who already blasted Bob with a shotgun) grabs a length of rebar and impales him, but he grabs her and impales her on the other end. The baby isn't there. Jess finds a note and leaves Steve alone in the diner (I didn't see what happened to Bob). He finds the note from Duke, which says that he has the baby, and to come alone to the Voorhees place. Jess goes to the Voorhees place and meets Duke. He tosses her a dagger, and it changes into a fancy dagger in her hand (the one used in Evil Dead 2). He tells her that only she can kill Jason. "Through a Voorhees was he born... through a Voorhees may he be reborn... and only by the hands of a Voorhees will he die." Randy goes to the diner and a shot-up Bob-Jason attacks him from the shadow. Duke falls into the basement (where the crate from the "Crate" episode of the Creepshow movie is stored), Ed and Randy enter, Jess kills Ed, but Jason has possessed Randy, who grabs the baby and puts it on the table. Steve smacks Randy-Jason before he can do anything to the baby. A monster crawls out of a massive hole in Randy's body and attacks Steve, who throws it across the room. It slips down the hole and crawls into Diana's body while Steve and Jess get Duke out of the hole. A reborn Jason jumps out of the floor. He goes for Jess, but Duke grabs him. Jason turns away from Jess, grabs Duke, and snaps his back. Steve grabs Jason and throws him through the window. Jason lands on a rake, he gets up, and starts beating Steve with the rake handle. Steve grabs a shovel on the ground and smacks him in head repeatedly. Unfazed, Jason throws him into a child's monkeybars (from The Birds) and tips it over. He throws him again, but Jess sneak attacks him and impales him with the dagger. The red streaks that entered Phil near the beginning of the movie start flying out of him. He's not going down yet, so Steve starts punching him in the mask, which doesn't really do anything. Jess kicks the dagger deeper into him, and then some blue streaks start coming down, and hands erupt from the ground to drag Jason down. He grabs Steve, but more hands grab him and pull him all the way down. The beam of light fades out, and Jason has finally gone to Hell. Steve, Jess, and the baby walk into the sunrise, then the camera focuses on the dirt; a wind blows some dirt away, revealing the mask. A dog (Tango the Wonder Dog) runs up, exhumes the mask, and runs away. We zoom in on the mask, and a hand erupts from the ground next to it; the hand is bearing a distinctive clawed glove. It grabs the mask and pulls it down, while a crazed voice laughs. Roll credits. Now we go see Freddy Vs. Jason.
