Connections with older students

Children who enjoy the Network in the Schools (NIS) process, and demonstrate an interest or a flair for facilitation, are given the opportunity to learn the facilitation process. Those who successfully complete the training are sent two grades down to run meetings. Students in the lower grade now have a positive role model, mentor, and friend in the NIS facilitator.
