| The DFD Wives Club was started in order to provide a support group for all firemen's wives. On a daily basis we all deal with the same concerns and fears. When our husband walks out the door to serve the city, and the people who live there, we silently pray that he will be safe and he will be able to walk back in the door tomorrow. Our hope is that the wives will make friends with someone who is in the same situation, so that in the event that something does happen, no one has to face it alone. |

| T-shirts are available in support of the events that took place on Sept 11, 2001. All proceeds will be sent to the widows and children of New York Firefighters. Please let us know if you would like to purchase one. There are two designs, one navy and one white. |
