Although Snow White came before Sleeping Beauty, it was not untill th release of Disney's version of Sleeping Beauty that Disney became known world wide for their ingenious animation. It was also the last movie that received Walt's full attention, although he was required to leave for weeks at a time to over look the construction of Disneyland. The Movie costed an unheard of amount at the time, 6 million dollars, but in the end it was all worth it. On January 29th, 1959?, Sleeping Beauty was released and just like that, a legend was born.
Aurora sets yourself apart from the other princesses in many ways. Unlike the other Princesses; Aurora was a princess to begin with, she didn't have to marry any prince to win her crown. She's also the classic damsil in distress, and perfectly fits all the traits we think of when we hear 'princess'.
Maleficent, in my book, is by far the most evil Disney villain. She dress' black to the tip and has the ability to disapear in a cloud of green fire. She can turn herself in a fire breathing dragon and wears the devil's horns on her head. Not evil enough for you? Maleficent is the only villain to actually come from Hell itself. Muahah, scary isn't it?
