Light, look at what you've done.

Fast, fast, take back the sun.

Look, how my skin burns

How the core of me churns.

Sky, why did not you pour rain?

Go, mock the poetry of my pain!

I feel an uneasiness in my veins.

Go, evil, back from where you came

And rid me of this tyrant that threats

With worse fears than that of death!

Eating through my flesh, this poison...

Is there no freedom from this prison?

Dawn, why ever did you break the night,

Brought with you such entities of fright?

Love! Why ever did Light bid you come?

Fast, soul pleads, take back the sun.
