| Dominion and Ownership, and how they work. Christ is knocking. Prayer is answering the door. God owns the whole world and could kick down the door. That�s ownership. We dwell in the house and open the door when he knocks asking for permission entrance (permission to enter). That�s dominion. God created humankind and desires to save them. Will we open the door? God created the angels and gave them purpose. Ownership. The angels rebelled against their purposes. Dominion. Yet two third chose to remain. Dominion. Is the tv too loud� Are we playing music too loud to be able to hear the knocking? What is our distraction? What has Satan used to detour us? What has he used to cause us to be deafened to the call? Yes God is the owner! The one knocking may resort to using the doorbell. They may open the door and stick their head and yell your name to get your attention. They may get to a phone or send a friend to you to let you know they want to enter and hangout. Can you see the Lord in these comparisons? When someone comes to our door, we can look to see who it is, refuse to allow them in, or swing the door open wide, greet, and let them in. Who is knocking though? Check to see. Get a good look. If you�ve heard much about the person, if you hear good things, if you have received good reports, and seen much good of them, then let them in. When the Lord Jesus knocks, let him through the door. What if you can't get to the door when you hear Him knocking again? Death could occur at any moment. He hasn't stopped knocking. He is there! Listen. Seize the day! Today is the day of salvation. Now is the appointed time. My friend, no one can come to Christ unless the Holy Spirit draws them. When you hear and feel the call, you best embrace the call as if it were better than free money. The call may not come again. This is an urgency wake up call. Someone reading needs to answer the knock the next time He passes by. Answer the door. Place yourself in a position where you are able to hear Him. Take heed. He who owns the universe, the world, the house, and the door will not force entry. He has given man dominion on the earth.
