Violence and Harassment

Then Jesus said to him, Put your sword back into its place, for all who draw the sword will die by the sword.
Matthew 26:52
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Galatians 6:7

If you do violence, violence is going to come your way.

No true Christian is going to murder or injure other people that they disagree with. The death penalty is no longer applicable. Christ came and took the death penalty upon Himself.

You have heard that it was said, 'Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.' But I tell you, Do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you. But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you.
Matthew 5:38-42

I admit that I do not believe in hurting others, harassing others, or even suing others. I consider all three to be unChristian in definition and implication.

And as you would like and desire that men would do to you, do exactly so to them.
Luke 6:31

Treat others people the way you want to be treated. Remember, our war is not with flesh and blood but against Satan and his demons.

Note: This article has not as of yet addressed self defense and does not down the actions of the miltary or police and security officers.
