| Evangelism The Great Commission Jesus said to the disciples and to the crowd, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every person." Mark 16:15 God was speaking without any limitation or restriction. Jesus paid for our sins but not for our sins only but for everyone's. 1 John 2:1-2; 2 Peter 3:9; 1 Timothy 2:3-6; John 3:16-17 The debt has been paid for everyone but not everyone has received Christ's substitutionary payment for themselves. That is where Christians come in. We, all Christians, are to share our faith with others. Christ ordered it. There is a responsibility for Christians and an urgency. We must bring the Gospel of Christ to people before they die. If someone dies without receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior, then they will delivered righteous judgement and spend eternity in eternal torment. Let's become equipped and spread the good news that Christ died for sins so that people would not have to spend eternity being punished with Satan and his demons.
