Since L.E. put her paw in the breed ring, she has won constantly. Her first major win was at Redcliffe where she won Baby in Show. Her latest win was Best In Show at Nanango Show 4th April 2007. She has won every class at show level and many, many group wins.
Sam and L.E. have won Best in Group and Reserve in Group quite a few times.
L.E. has won Reserve in Show at the Australian Kelpie Specialty Show in NSW in 2006. She has also won Reserve in Show at the Burnett Kennel Club All Breeds Show in January 2007.
L.E. has won Best of Breed at the Brisbane Royal two times. She has also won Best of Breed at the Toowoomba Royal three times.
Sam has taken out Junior Handler wins regularly, usually with L.E. on the end of the lead.
In 2006 at the Brisbane Royal, Sam took out second place at the Pedigree Junior Handlers. He had made it into the final round while handling L.E., but handled a pug for the last round and ended in second place.
In the 2006 Royal National Association held at the Brisbane Royal, Sam won the Junior Handler Sweepstakes while handling L.E. They make quite a team.
Sam is letting other kids handle L.E. in Junior Handlers and they are also winning with L.E.
To all that know her, she is referred to as the 'Princess', and is treated like one, as she is the only Kelpie in the Dewregal Australian Cattle Dog household. She enjoys it this way!
