Billy started his show career taking out Baby in Group at Clifton Show at his first show and the next week  Baby in Show at the Killarney Show in Queensland.  One of the judges at Killarney commented that Mark would have a lot of fun with this puppy and he has.

Since that day at Killarney, Billy has been consistently winning and obtained his Australian Grand Champion title.   He is a character and has been amusing people with his antics all his life.  Mark sometimes is the brunt of his humour, but mainly he chooses other dogs to try to win over.  Billy has the best nature you can ask for in a cattle dog.

Billy is now retired from the ring, only coming out occasionally. He spends his days swimming in the dam and running over the acreage.  His newest passion is herding our turkeys back to their sheds, usually straight after we have managed to encourage them out!
