-ALL CHARACTER GAMESHARK CODE MUST BE ON!!! NO OTHER CODES!!!!

-Two out of three games
-Five lives.

-Decide betwen the two of you which first stage. Then, loser picks.
-You will not be able to switch characters at any time during the tournament.
-The both of you must report the scores either to me at DewJimbot on AIM, on comments box on the home page, or directly to me in one of the servers, I.E., you talk to me if you see me after your done playing.
-If an outsider, someone not in the tourney, decides that they would like to join your game's partyline, politely tell them that you are in a tournament, and ask if they would like to play after that match is over.
-Servers: Choose a server on which both players have a resonably low ping. Anything under 100 is reasonable.
-No watching other players matches. It lowers the speed.
