The Koopa Troopa is a division, or clan, of the original SsB Honor Code. Koopa Troopa follows all the rules and regulations of the Honor Code, but has it's own name and member list, as do all the other clans. Koopa Troopa/SSB Honor Code Characteristics
You:
-Are polite and good-natured
-Don't use Hammers
-Hearts/Tomatoes are weird. If you're under 15%, it's generally accepted that it's ok to get it. But, if you're over 15%, that sort of seems unfair to some people. You have to read your opponent and see if he makes a mad dash toward it. This part is one part that isnt an officail rule. You have to choose.
-Stars, you get, then go far away from your opponent and do your taunt. lol
-ITEMS: Either turn them all off with cheats, or abide by above rules
-Know how to use PJ64k/1964 intelligently (read all that stuff here)
-Know how to use the Cheats in PJ64k/1964 (Here)
-Have the required cheats on (All Characters/Mushroom Kingdom(ItemSw))
-Have consistent fast speeds on PJ64k/1964 (here, particularly Lag)
-You dont pause irregularly. When you do, you ask if the person is ready before you unpause, and only pause when the players are not close together
-Don't taunt excessively. 3 per match, max.
