I talked to hotquik, author of the ever-popular pj64k, about some of the new features, and why they cant be made to work.

hotquik: i saw that mempak and rumble pak are implemented on nrage, but they wont work online
DewMonkeyBoy: yeah
DewMonkeyBoy: maybe you could do it so that the host mempak overwrites the rest, like the cheats
DewMonkeyBoy: i dunno if thats easy or hard
DewMonkeyBoy: i have NO IDEA
DewMonkeyBoy: but its a thot
hotquik: is very hard

DewMonkeyBoy: dont worry about it then
hotquik: the keys stuff is easy cauz it can be asynchronus
DewMonkeyBoy: ah
hotquik: but reading and writing on control's plugins must be synchronus...
DewMonkeyBoy: and thats hard even just syncronizing the game!
hotquik: exactly
hotquik: if you play on a high ping server, you'll notice the delay on the movements.... but that cant be done with the paks...
DewMonkeyBoy: i understand
