After collecting all 50 Letter Scraps, the identity and location of the killer is marked on the map with a "?" in Vinewood Hills.
Drive up to Peter Dreyfuss' house and you will notice an SUV parked outside. This is his getaway vehicle, so remember it!
Approach Dreyfuss at the poolside to trigger a cutscene followed by a chase. You have the option to chase Dreyfuss down or let him go. For the Gold requirement, you are required to kill him, so run after him! Get in your vehicle and chase him down with a Sticky Bomb in hand.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "Cut!"
Equip the Sticky Bomb and toss it at Dreyfuss' SUV and then detonate it for an instant Gold. If you were quick enough, you can toss a Sticky Bomb at his SUV just as he zooms away from the house without any chase.
