| "Memories & Cattails" Its been a month since you passed our way. Our hearts are still aching with each passing day. The feel of your motion inside your safe home, Gives me incredible memories when I am alone It makes me cry to know you both are not here, But somehow I feel comforted with each passing tear. We said goodbye again on a warm November day, We let blue balloons go, and the children led cattails astray I know you are Ok and with family from the past. | PRECIOUS, LOVE-FILLED CHERUBS I guess God loves some babies, Too much to let them go, He holds them up in heaven, Though badly wanted here below. The plans made by their moms and dads, Their hopes, their dreams, their prayers, All gone, like puffs of smoke, That vanish in the air. A mother's heart is broken, A father's dreams are crushed, Their empty arms still empty, No little hands to touch. Perhaps in His mysterious way, God's stopped a greater grief, Perhaps parent and child unaware, Are blest by this release. Handpicked by God as angels, Honored by His grace, Precious, love-filled cherubs, Divined by His embrace. These babies serve a higher cause, Than that of mother-born, They will surely come to earth, And they will come in angel form.
