| OOC: One more thing. I know this probably seems like a lot of different rules, but this really isn't a rule or anything. Bleeding Rose is set in an era where there are really NO electronics or mechanics of any type. If you happened to look at the layout you would have seen that in no way is there any place for a car. So please, don't bring in a char that is largely tech or has a car. It wouldn't fit well with the atmosphere. |
