November 18th Meeting at Base Mobile
Our next business meeting will be Thursday, November 18th, at 1930. It will be in the conference room in the Shield and Anchor Club at Base Mobile. The election of officers will be held in the November meeting.
Advanced Coastal Navigation Course
We are planning on starting the Advanced Coastal Navigation Course during the second or third week in January. The course consists of thirteen two-hour sessions. This is expected to be a fine course. It should be fun and it is great to know where you are at sea. You will need to bring dividers, a parallel rule, a .5mm pencil, and a good eraser. Public Education – Ken MacRae
There are no more classes starting in 1999. I would like to thank everyone who helped out by instructing, assisting, or promoting the Public Education program. This year we had the most extensive Boating Safety education program that I have ever been involved in. Thank you all!
