Long Live Rage!
Rage Against the Machine WAS one of the greatest bands ever. Their first, Self-Titled album was definitely in the Top 10 albums of the 90's. They mixed Rap and Rock like no one else had before. They pretty much started a new genre and then on top of that, they spoke freely against the government and other institutions that are full of corruption and greed. They also work for the freedom of various revolutionaries around the world. They were a great band until Zach de la Rocha (the lead singer) left due to arguments in the band and creative differences. I doubt they will ever be able to create the same sound that they had before. I am currently trying to find a link to the press release where they discuss Zach leaving RATM, but I couldn't find one on the main RATM page. But, I have a few pics and am currently working on finding more, so never fear, your faithful webmaster is working his ass off for you.
