| The following are scanes of an actual letter that was recieved by the Utah State Public Health Laboratory. I got this from a contact I have there. From what I can tell, this letter was pretty much just put aside and ignored. I think this shows that there is something going here. I think the Canadian's or the implementors of this "system".
