Claims
will only be recognised if made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Stock must
be returned.
If you are not happy with the merchandise we send you , Please contact us within 7 days
to arrange a refund or exchange. After 14 days there is a restocking charge of 20%
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Out of Stock:
We cannot always keep on top of all the products we display on the website or in our catalogues.

Similar product on to you. Some of the designs are only carried until stocks run out, and then are replaced with new designs.
We will indicate on your invoice if an item is discontinued.
We suggest you stock up on your best sellers if you don't want to get caught short.
