WEDDING DAY
Got up kind of early today, had Lars' wedding to go to of course. Ate lunch with my parents at a place called Big Boys. Decent food, same kind of restaurant as Denny's. Left Kelly at the hotel and went to the church at 2:30pm. I was the first one there so I waited in the parking lot for a few minutes till the other groomsmen showed up, and the groom.
We all got dressed and waited in the back of the church until it was go time. Had to take a few pre-wedding pictures first, of course. Lars did not look nervous at all, but then neither was I at my wedding. I was nervous at the fact i had to get up in front of a bunch of people, but that was it.

The wedding went smoothly. I escorted the mother of the bride in, then came in later again in the procession. The bridesmaid I was paired with was Lars' friend from UF, Laura. Lars and Janine got hitched, congrats to them, and we filed out rather quick. We then had to take a bunch of pics there, then again at a park a few miles away. We all traveled around in a limo, so it was cool. Even if the limo was packed. The recpetion was held at the same hotel we were staying, which was cool. We all made our entrance and all the other traditional stuff. Speeches were made, then we ate. The food was wonderful!! I hooked back up with Kelly and we danced a bunch. I had to dance with Laura at one point, some wedding related thing. They did the cake cutting, and in a New Zeland tradition, the bridesmaids opened all the gifts. I can tell you, there were a few non-New Zealanders who were not too thrilled with that! It was all good though. *CLICK HERE FOR RECEPTION PICTURES*
Kelly and I cut out around 10pm, we were tired and the recpetion was winding down. We headed up to the room and hit the bed. It was the end of a long, fin & tiring day.
