Our time in Oklahoma
For our very first anniversary we were in Ardmore Oklahoma! Here we found one of the most beautiful bed & breakfast inns I had ever seen! It is the Shiloh Morning Inn. We chose this place to celebrate our special day, and had 3 days of magnificant peaceful bliss! I have included a link to their webpage for you to see more of their property if you choose...it would be well worth the visit!
Davis and I here are posing with this very large dog! This is an Irish Wolfhound who belongs to the wonderful innkeepers of the Shiloh Morning Inn.
Here Davis overlooks the AMAZING Turner Falls. This was a magnificant view, but much more amazing upclose. You can actually see the falls there to the bottom left.
This picture really does no justice to the beauty and awe in this natural wonder. While enjoying the park here at Turner Falls, we also came across nature trails that led us to several underground caves, in-mountain caves, and lots of twists and turns that led the river to the mouth of this fall. If anyone ever got the chance to travel to the simple state of Oklahoma, you may be amazed at the beauty that is held in this state....not only here at this particular park, but all over.
This sad little face is Princess. She was a rambunctious silly boxer mix we adopted from the shelter in Ardmore. She was a beautiful girl. And, a special part of my husband's heart. Unfortunately she became to difficult for us to handle, so we gave her to the Boxer Rescue, and they found her a wonderful loving family. She has been re-named, and although I do not know what her new name is, I do know that she is doing great, and making much progress! We wish her the best!
