2 Small Pkgs. Red Raspberry Gelatin
2 Pkgs. Frozen Red Raspberries, Partly Thawed
2 Cups Hot Water
1-Cup Whipping Cream
12 Large Marshmallows
2 Pkgs. Cream Cheese (3 Oz. Size)
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add the partly defrosted raspberries - also juice that is on the raspberries. Pour into an 8" pan or mold and chill in refrigerator until firm.
Combine marshmallows and cream cheese and mix together. Add whipping cream and beat with beater until thick or stiff. Spread over gelatin mixture.
Chill thoroughly. Decorate with Christmas candies or red and green sprinkles.
