2 & 2/3 Cups Coarsely Chopped Pretzels
1 & ½ Cubes Butter
12 Oz.Pkg. Cream Cheese
1 & ¼ Cups Sugar
1 Large Pkg. Frozen Strawberries
1 Large Carton Cool Whip
1 Large Pkg. Strawberry Jell-O
2 Cups Pineapple Juice
Cream sugar and cream cheese; set aside. Mix pretzels and butter or margarine and press into a 9” x 13” dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Spread cheese mix over pretzels; spread cool whip over cheese. Chill. Dissolve Jell-O in hot pineapple juice; add the strawberries. Allow to set. Pour over top and refrigerate.
Most unusual and delicious.
