10 Cups Chopped Zucchini
4 Cups Onion
2 Cups Red Bell Pepper
2 Cups Green Bell Pepper
5 Tbsp. Un-iodized salt
Run through a coarse food grinder. Let stand overnight with 5 Tbsp. Un-iodized salt. The next day rinse and drain through strainer. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil until it thickens (about 30 minutes). Put in sterilized jars and seal.

3 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Turmeric
1 Tsp. Celery Seed
1/2 Tsp. Ground Cloves
1 Tsp. Mustard (Dry Mustard)
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
3 Tbsp. Corn Starch
