1 potato (peeled)
salt (and any spices you would like on your chips)
Slice potato into thin strips. Place on a lightly greased (use Pam if you prefer) microwavable plate (do not stack them). Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Turn slices over and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. They are done when they are lightly browned (watch carefully). Put salt and any other spices of your choice in a bowl and toss the potatoes in the bowl until coated lightly. Let potatoes cool (they will crispen up as they cool). Then enjoy!!!
