Medium-Sized Cucumbers
Dill
Garlic Cloves
2/3 Cup Salt
2 Quarts Water
1 Pint Vinegar
Quart Mason Jars with Lids & Rings
In the bottom of jars put the dill (if you don't have fresh dill, then dry use dill seed and dill weed) and garlic. Pack the cucumbers on top of the dill and garlic.
Bring remainder of ingredients to a boil and pour over the cucumbers. Seal jars tightly.
Note: Because of the acidity of the vinegar in the pickles, you don't have to process in a canner.
