Melt in skillet:
1 c. butter
Add:
1 c. chopped onions
1 4-oz. can sliced drained mushrooms
1 clove minced garlic
Sauté until onion is yellow. Combine with the following ingredients and mix well.
1 7-oz can crab meat
¼ c. sliced black olives*
¼ c. shredded cheddar cheese*
¼ c. dairy sour cream*
1 1-lb. can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1 pound cooked egg noodles
Pour into 2-3 quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 325 for one hour. Serves 4-6.
*I always like to add a bit more of these three items to make it extra-yummy!
