8 Cups Sliced Apples
4 Beaten Eggs
4 Tsp Cinnamon
4 Tsp Baking Soda
4 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Melted Shortening Or Oil
2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Vanilla
4 Cups Flour
2 Cups Chopped Walnuts
Heat oven to 375.
Grease and flour pan. Stir all ingredients together and put into pan. Bake for about 1 hour.
