1 pkg. cake mix
4 eggs
¾ cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
1 pkg. jell-o
Combine above ingredients and mix for four minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 inch pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Topping:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup juice
Mix together and let stand while cake is baking. When cake is done remove from oven and pierce with fork several times, pour mixture over the entire top. Cool and serve.
Note: You can use almost any flavor cake mix and any flavor jell-o. Orange is good and so is strawberry; experiment and have fun with it!
