24 saltine crackers
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz. Bag chocolate chips
finely chopped nuts
In a 9x13 inch pan, lay the 24 crackers out being careful not to overlap the crackers. Melt butter then add the brown sugar. Boil for three minutes being careful not to burn. Pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Melt chocolate chips and spread over crackers. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Cool and then break or cut up.
