As she grew older and friendships were strengthened through sharing all emotions that fills young lives, she wrote some of her earliest poems as way of expressing her thoughts to others. Following High school, Susan enrolled at Rider University at New Jersy and majored in English and Biology. After graduating she went on to do social work and teaching school in Harlem for several years while studying physiology in graduate school. Susan have been a reassurance, a guiding light, an inspiration to believe in yourself and your dreams and this might have been the reason for the TIME magazine to refer to her as 'the reigning star'. As she is endowed with a love for live and a devout wish to make the world a better place, her being a staunch supporter of the equality between sexes and an advocate for elderly is not much of a surprise. |
